Z3, T3 and T5 use a 10-point capacitive touch screen; it is forbidden to touch the screen all the time during startup; and the jump issue will disappear after reboot.
Touch screen will be affected by environmental factors, so if the touch jump issue occurs, contact service center, and you could adjust the touch screen firmware parameters according to the environment, and a re-flash of the touch screen firmware can solve the issue.
